We're aware of an issue that prompts a "Device not compatible" error message in Google's Play Store when trying to download the latest update, even though the game supports your device. Google is currently investigating the issue.

As a temporary workaround, Google suggests clearing Google Play Store's data from your phone and then reinstalling the game. To do so:
  1. Enter Settings
  2. Choose Application Manager > All
  3. Select Google Play Store
  4. Clear data
You can also re-install the whole Google Play Store App. To do so:
  1. Enter Settings
  2. Choose Apps & notifications
  3. Select Google Play Store or 'See all apps' or 'App info'
  4. At the top of the screen, tap the three dots > Uninstall Updates
After the process is complete, please try reinstalling the game.
